During my stay, I loved how easy it was to hop on the shuttle for a quick ride to the airport after enjoying my city adventures, and the beautiful gardens surrounding the property provided a lovely walking space where I spotted wild rabbits! The staff were incredible, really patient with all of us checking in, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds super comfy. I enjoyed the pool and gym, plus there were plenty of dining options within a very short walk, including DiCicco's just around the corner. The only downside was a small issue with some electrical components that could use a check, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience!

The rooms were huge and super comfy, perfect for unwinding! The staff, especially Brianna, went above and beyond to make our stay special. I loved lounging by the heated indoor pool on the sun terrace—it felt like paradise!

The shuttle service was the main draw, but it fell flat when the staff seemed overwhelmed and indifferent. The pool was out of order, and I encountered significant issues at breakfast, where unsanitary conditions made it uncomfortable to eat. The room was clean and comfortable, but the TV reset constantly, and the Wi-Fi just didn’t work. Doors were fickle, and someone was even given my room key—yikes. A remodel is overdue; it had potential but left me wondering about basic maintenance. Good location, but I wouldn't rush back anytime soon.

Close to the airport, with a free shuttle every 30 mins. The beautiful garden with a gazebo provided a relaxing spot. The early 5 am breakfast on weekdays was convenient.
The pool was unexpectedly closed for renovations; the fitness center had machines out of order.

Six years of frequent visits, and this time was disappointing. The initial room had heating issues. A room switch didn’t help; our key malfunctioned multiple times. The staff was overwhelmed, a desk clerk even left mid-shift. Thankfully, Brianna was exceptional, assisting with our check-in process despite the chaos. The shuttle service was appreciated but unreliable. Key cards were problematic for many guests. The lobby had a strange odor, and breakfast options were limited. The room itself had comfort issues, like the need for better pillows and a functioning coffee maker. Small improvements could reinstate this location as our reliable choice. It's frustrating to see a beloved place slip.

The room itself was comfortable and quiet, which was a relief after a long day of traveling. I appreciated having ironing facilities available, as well as a flat-screen TV for some entertainment. there were definitely some areas that needed improvement. The heating and air conditioning in the room seemed to be a bit finicky, making it difficult to find the right temperature. the lack of tea and coffee facilities was a letdown for someone like me who enjoys a hot drink in the morning. I also found the bathroom to be a bit lacking. The bathtub seemed outdated and in need of some maintenance. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, which was a bit frustrating. The housekeeping service was okay but could have been more thorough in cleaning the room. the hotel offered an airport shuttle, which was convenient. there seemed to be some issues with the shuttle service's reliability, as some guests, including myself, experienced delays and confusion with scheduling. It would have been helpful if the hotel had communicated more clearly about the shuttle schedule and any updates or changes.

The staff is so committed to pampering me with their Here for You service. I indulged in the free Bright Side Breakfast while dreaming of my next golf game at Green Valley Ranch Golf Club. Gotta love the Southwestern-style print on the sofas!

my recent stay at La Quinta was exceptional. the breakfast was hot and delicious with a variety of options, and the room was spotless and spacious with great amenities. the lobby and courtyard were beautiful and comfortable, and the staff was exceptional. I was able to check in early and the shuttle service was very convenient.

I was eager to visit Green Valley Ranch East Park and chose La Quinta for its location. The customer service agents pleasantly surprised me with their helpful assistance. Additionally, the FREE hot Bright Side Breakfast with waffles, eggs, and more was a delightful treat.

The pool and breakfast were enjoyable, and we loved the convenience of the airport shuttle. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the personalized pillow was a rare find. The shower head was relaxing, and the room was both practical and attractive. We even had a lovely lunch in the gazebo before heading to the airport.
The breakfast options were limited, and the staff struggled to keep it stocked. We missed breakfast one morning due to a lack of communication about the earlier closing time.
